UK Mainland deliveries

• For Stock orders over £350 Nett, delivery is F.O.C. and next day where available (stock - Orders for next day delivery must be received by midday or next day cannot be guaranteed).
• For stock orders less than £350 Nett, a delivery charge of £20 per consignment will apply
• Delivery time 1-5 days.
• Pallet Deliveries unless specified will take 1-5days.

N. Ireland deliveries

New delivery charges to N. Ireland from Jan 1st, 2022, due to increase export charges and freight charges

Please note delivery to N. Ireland is under incoterms DAP, which means all import charges, duties etc. will be down to the consignee (The customer)

• For stock orders over £600 Nett, we apply +5% to the nett price of the goods, to cover customs and delivery charges, delivered by pallet. Based on 20+ cartons to a pallet.
• For stock orders less than £600 Nett, we will add a £10 per carton to cover customs and the delivery charge.
• We can supply FOB (free on Board), this means we will deliver to a UK mainland port of your choice, for you to organise the import of goods and the above charges will not be added, and we will supply the Invoice/s, to enable you to clear the goods for importing. This must be authorised by a Director within the company.
• Shipments are weekly and delivery is usually 3-5days (weather permitting).
• We will allow any customer to collect from our warehouse, by appointment only and this must be authorised by a Sales Director within the company.

Republic of Ireland deliveries

New delivery charges to S. Ireland from Jan 1st, 2022, due to increase export charges and freight charges.

Please note delivery to S. Ireland is under incoterms DAP, which means all import charges, duties etc. will be down to the consignee (The customer)

• An export Fee 0f £70.00 will be applied to all orders over £750, and +5% to the nett cost of the goods, delivered by pallet Based on 20+ cartons to a pallet.

• All orders below £750, will incur +5% to the nett cost of the goods and £10 per carton to cover export charges and delivery costs

• We can supply FOB (free on Board), this means we will deliver to a UK mainland port of your choice, for you to organise the import of goods and the above charges will not be added, and we will supply the Invoice/s, to enable you to clear the goods for importing. This must be authorised by a Director within the company.
• Shipments are weekly and delivery is usually 3-5days (weather permitting).

Rest of Europe /global

• The delivery method for UK mainland applies to UK port only.
• We can organise a quote for delivery direct to destination if required.
• Goods can only be delivered to the address on account as all deliveries must be signed for, where applicable.
• Any special delivery requests above and beyond our normal services, charges will apply.
• We will allow any customer to collect from our warehouse, by appointment only and this must be authorised by a Sales Director within the company.

We will always help as much as possible to make sure your delivery arrives on time, but please allow enough time when ordering, so any delivery problems will not affect your product target dates, as we will not be held liable for any such delays.
